I was hoping they were just place holders but if they don't give pvp recolored or even the original color of the sets that were voted for this seasons going to be completely fucked.
90% of the player base just goes for their elite set and stops, the whole bottom end of the ladder is going to be dead excluding whatever people didn't play last season that want to grab elite sets... or people getting them on alts...
Add on top of that that its this late in the xpac and the population drop off keeps going down, that mop thing is gonna come out and probably siphon a ton of people... seasons gonna be deflated as hell which is going to further snowball people out.
The duelist enchant isn't gonna cut it since most people never get that in the first place and its going to be much harder to get.
So yeah, should be a great time.

There are also players who do pvp for........fun? Sounds wrong and horrific but some people......enjoy pvp regardless of cosmetic reqards. Idk maybe im just old but I play to play, rewards are a bonus.
Those players tend to make up the top of the ladder, the bulk of the ladder tends to be reward driven. Same deal with the rest of the game, the wow community is extremely reward driven.
Elite sets should be the sets that were voted on no? They advertised the entire 6 color schemes for the voting.
I didn’t attempt 1800 on a few classes during s3 because I thought they were coming back for s4 based on the voting.

It does say "new gear sets" under pvp rewards, but that may mean in terms of stats, not appearance. Unclear.
I have heard two different narratives, could somebody please clarify: Are the tier sets for PvP (the set that unlocks at 1800 for free, without the catalyst) going to be S3 repeated like SL S4, OR, do they correspond with that poll we took earlier this year?
For instance: I did not get rival on Monk in season 1, however, that set was voted for in the poll.
If I get 1800 in season 4, is the set I receive going to be S1 Monk (The red vault of the incarnate one), or the S3 (pink crane Amirdrasil one).

The duelist enchant is a sand/bronze dragon version of the s3 enchant No new elite sets it appears
Cool so I'm not going to play pvp at all this season lol. Wanted that elite monk set but whatever I'll just play panda time instead.
It's time to go even further beyond and get that dusty earth 2100 enchant
If I’m remembering correctly, sls4 was the same for sets. No surprise really.
I believe they let you lock the appearances though of any class that had the same armor type. Idk if they did in s3

There is definitely a new duelist 2100 illusion of bronze/sand, but we don’t know yet if the sets will be the same or the ones we voted on.
