I use ThreatPlates and it lets you do this - you can either have it show all dots/debuffs you’ve applied or you can list manually what you want shown (I prefer this since there are some dots/debuffs that you don’t really need to track).
I haven't played cata, but in wrath I used a WA to do it. Looked exactly like on screen.
I used this one, however it isn't updated for cata.

Threatplates, nameplate auras, plater, bigdebuffs, etc….lots of options just find what you like.
This looks like bigdebuffs, there is a way to add missing icons but I forget how, I stopped using it a while ago.
I remember it was pretty easy to do though

I am using BigDebuffs but as far as I can see in the settings you can't track living bomb, combustion, ignite procs, etc. Or have you found a way?
Betterblizzplates it is. Very easy to setup aswell

I use nameplateauras, it has spell, size and glow customizations as well as filters (my/friendly/enemy auras, only on enemies/allies)

I use Threat Plates, but I'm 99% sure Venruki uses a weakaura in Cata for this. It's linked in his Discord
Betterblizzplates is good and customizable
Nameplateauras can do this. Also BetterBlizPlates. Both require a decent amount of configuration to be useful tho.
