If I'm not mistaken, you do get extra Flightstones if anyone in your party gets IO (i.e. the dungeon is higher than they've completed before) from the key. Crests are flat 12/5 though.

You need a +18 the get a Myth track item in the vault

No, Crests are a flat amount across all key levels; 12 for completing the key in time or 5 for an overtime completion.
If I'm not mistaken, you do get extra Flightstones if anyone in your party gets IO (i.e. the dungeon is higher than they've completed before) from the key. Crests are flat 12/5 though.

you got mythic track items from +16 vaults last season, probably just a non updateted guide from wowhead.
I was walking 12-14 last week 4 moggs and got a Item in the voult I could upgrade to mythic mogg lvl
You can upgrade hero track gear to get the Mythic appearance, because of iLvl overlap, but it's not Myth track gear.
