HELLLLL YEAHHHH I was worried I wouldn't be able to get this in Europe, but then being based in Germany is great!

Although I still would prefer Lego. One cannot deny that playmobil has the more relatable sets for kids. 

And for those interested: Lego's Pick a Brick online has all the parts you need to assemble your own minifig size bicycles, MTBs, and cargo bike frames. Many colors for each, save for the cargo bike which I believe only comes in white unless you order a set where sometimes the variations are offered.
