Tierra's summon requires both a big hand and quite a few cards on the board, and all with different names. Demonsmiths don't really assert board like that. If you spend Tractus to search Tierra, you're sort of left with Sequentia and Lacrimosa on board with 4 cards left in hand plus Tierra. You can equip Requiem to Lacrimosa for a total of 7 cards, and that's assuming no duplicates in hand. You'll need to somehow get 3 more cards.
Why would ya use up that many resources to summon Tierra when ya can just make Beatrice, send the Mayakashi Trap then Transaction Rollback to stop your opponent from playing?

It's 10 cards total from the hand and/or field, you can totally manage that.
