Fixable, but tbh you have not done a good job of it. Especially on that top via - it looks barely connected, probably a dry joint, and I'm a little concerned you might have broken the via as well. Have you checked everything for continuity?
I think it’s cooked at this point. I flashed xell onto it but couldn’t get the pico to work again. I’ve lost the nand backup so I’m just gonna sell it for parts.
Have you tried using a SD card reader? I've had really good luck, and you could just flash a donor nand to it to get the cpu key, I'll drop a link for wiring.

The trace just isn’t repaired. Top via is sketch.
I made the same mistake on mine, I was able to fix it using some smaller wire but I could never get my pico to read the nand afterwards

Get smaller wire, and solder it properly. Also making it shorter won't harm.
