Their chapter symbol is a pretty traditional heraldic design of a black griffin rampant on a field of quartered red and yellow. They also put a lot of emphasis on oaths and vows which seems like a knightly sort of behavior.
I am admittedly focusing more on the knight part than the HRE part, but other people have already said Black Templars
No space marine chapter that I can think of, but that’s a pretty typical aesthetic of the Imperium’s nobility.
