Yeah I'd say it has to be. Pretty hard to have a competitive rivalry with a team you've lost to once in the last five seasons. The little runt captain is always going to get some peoples' hackles up given the things he's done in the past but I for one am at the point where I almost feel bad for GWS rather than hating them
On the downside, we lost 4 out of our last 5 and our season is on the slide.
On the plus side, my Chilli Con Carne has gone down a treat with all my mates.
Personally I'd say its a combination of 3 factors
1. Too many players haven't come close to replicating their 2023 form.
2. We clearly thought it would come easy for us this year
3. We've been found out badly and haven't done anything to counter it
From probably this point last year to now you guys have been bloody good. It takes a lot of effort to maintain that level, you’ll bounce back, we lost to hawthorn two weeks ago…
I would say teams have worked out how to stop their surge transition, and they haven't found a way to adjust. Opposition now plug the middle of the ground, and have tagged Whitfield, who has given them a lot of run from HB
Fair, but I was definitely more optimistic this time last year. Granted my expectations were lower then but it felt like the team had real mental resolve and even though we weren't getting over the line there were good signs and that we were building towards something. This year it feels like we immediately crumble at the slightest hint of pressure
Yeah, your last couple losses were excusable but probably not contenders after today. You seem to always impress in the finals though, sneak in to the 8 and anything's possible

We are so easy to coach against and so easy to nullify completely. The players (with a few exceptions) have barely half of the heart or grit they showed last year. I honestly can't see where our next win is. We have nothing and we get run through so easily. We've been worked out and have done 2 10ths of fuck all to counter it
I think the coaching staff will find a way to turn it around but they need the players to hold up their end too which isn't happening.
Kingsley is only in his second year, I think it's a bit apocalyptic to be calling for him this early.
