Don't know enough about the others but I can say for sure the Qu would beat the shit out of the reapers. The star people had weapons that could blow up planets and make stars go supernova and they were helpless against the Qu
That’s a good point, and they barely made it in there; I think it would most likely be a draw between them and the Qu. The Reapers are far more powerful than the Star People; they have been wiping out civilizations on a galactic scale for millions of years and are probably a technological peer to the Qu.
There is hundreds of groups in Doctor Who that would demolished the Qu. Qu are not that strong. Put anyone who is capable of destroying the universe against them and you win
There is probably a lot more. Basically any Sci fi/fantasy that has FTL can run circles around the Qu as it took 1000 years to conquer the Star people in just the Orion Arm. Any fast responses from lets say the Galactic Republic, Empire, Covanant, and a low chance, but even the UNSC or Tau can beat the Qu as they can actually reinforce their worlds and attempt counter offensives unlike the star people.
