There are a lot of popular ones for small businesses. For the US, a lot of people use QuickBooks. Most of the accounting platforms aren't really designed toward Amazon, so they do have a learning curve. For instance, refunds can be messy if you do FBA since it's not just a simple refund document if the customer doesn't return the product. Maybe consider QuickBooks since most bookkeepers and accountants will be familiar with it. Because a lot of people use it, the community support for it is better than something else. Others include Xero, Peachtree/Sage, Wave, FreshBooks.

Thank you for the response! I guess I will go with quickbooks. Do you know any affordable software that migrates my sales to quickbooks so I won’t have to do it manually?

I live by Xero + A2X. Xero is an accounting software that is giving quick books a run for its money. It's robust and relatively easy to use. A2X is an integration that connects to your seller account, and crunches your payment stubs into invoices (or bills) that are then imported into Xero. Once your payment (or deduction) comes through into Xero, it's basically a one-click to reconcile. I highly recommend this set up.

Thank you for your response! I’ll definitely be looking into this. How much does this set up cost you monthly?

I believe I am paying around $80 a month in total. It seems pricey but I also do volume. I think the starter plans for Xero and A2X are $20 and $20.
