I have the same measurements as you. Check out Miss G and Me, located in Tasmania they do tall womens clothes. I also buy from Long Tall Sally. Some of my favourite jeans have come from City Chic and Long Tall Sally.
Don't know if they changed, but Kookai pants used to be notoriously long for the waist and crouch size. 174cm and size 10, pant legs pooled onto the floor by a good cm or two.
Filter ASOS by tall. I have gotten some great pants there. For jeans, long length from Jeans West. They also have an extra long length that they will hem for you... they are *seriously* long!

I'm also 183cm and have had success with CUE pants for work and Lee jeans.
Marks and Spencer and Asos do tall - 179cm gal here.
zara or asos tall are my go-tos. zara takes some sorting though.
