Who are we?

Gordon Legal and Hayden Stephens and Associates are two law firms that specialise in class actions.

We have joined together to investigate the Latitude data breach.

The data breach has affected millions of past and present customers of Latitude.

It is one of the biggest in Australian history.

Thousands of Latitude customers have already contacted us to raise concerns about the data breach.

What has happened so far?

We have already started our investigation into Latitude.

We are investigating how this data breach occurred and what harm has been suffered.

We are looking at the legal options for people who have been affected, including their options for compensation.

We are investigating a potential class action.

We have already lodged a representative complaint to the Privacy Commissioner against Latitude, through the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).

Our investigations are continuing.

We should be able to provide you with information on the outcome of our initial investigation in about 6 weeks’ time, in mid-May 2023.
