Perhaps your monitor needs calibration if others also think it is purple when seeing it on your monitor. There are also images of the full suit with Pepper in it, and it is clearly blue, not even tinted towards the red scale at all. (Her heads up display in the helmet is purple.)

You need to get checked for color blindness. My best friend is bad color blind and can't tell purple and blue apart. That helmet is definitely blue.
