It depends. You need to have atleast 3 reliable debuff sources.
1st scenario: If your Topaz is only E0S0 then you only have 1 reliable debuff + 1 debuff from Ratio's skill (which will sometimes not apply if you don't have a bit of EHR on him so not counting that)
---> With Aven's LC on a Robin team, he would give 2 debuffs in total but 1 of those is from his ult which you would need to have a lot of speed for him to get it faster (atleast 135 maybe). So this will work atleast but not super comfy.
2nd scenario: If your Topaz is E0S1, then you have 2 debuffs from her, 1 unreliable debuff from Ratio (not counted)
---> With Aven's LC, you would have a total of 4 reliable debuffs which is already comfy enough for me.
3rd scenario: If your Topaz is E1S1, then you have 3 debuffs from her.
---> With this, you will not need Aven's LC at all.
I am not sure but I think without his lc u will miss one debuff so u will have 80 procent with dr ratio if u have topaz e1 s1 of course
I've yet to pull for topaz, but doesn't she get an extra debuff application from her LC? So if I age topaz and her LC I apply 2 debuffs, right?
