Hi! No I didn’t! The only thing I did was drink a raspberry leaf tea/cran-pineapple juice mixture because it was yummy. I didn’t even drink it every day. I was disabled by my pregnancy and felt dizzy quite often so I did not exercise like at all lol
Did you do anything to prevent tearing? Honestly that is like my biggest worry 😢 Also, congratulations!!
I did absolutely nothing to prevent tearing! I think I just got lucky. Hopefully you will too!
They sent you home with contractions 2 minutes apart that long after your water broke…? That sounds sketchy, thank god you two are okay.

He was 7lbs 13oz, 22 inches long and now he is 11.5 lbs :)

Congratulations!!! Everett is the name of my soon to be baby too. It’s a family name and my fiancés favorite movie character. So glad to hear that you didn’t tear and it’s smooth sailing after.
