Heck yeah, I'm in the beginning stages of my kingdom so I have hella kids hitting adulthood, but still 2 at once will be nice. Maybe I'll RP some Romulus/Remus stuff when they hit age.
Wow that's insane, and they weren't even in the same place. He was stuck in my party and she was at a castle I asked her to govern. Maybe she hoored around and got some a potent peasant pregnancy lmao
My first offspring on my Spartan play through with King Leonidas I got twins, my wife died in childbirth, I then had another child with a new wife and she too died in child birth, then I married one more time and imagine that, she died as well in child birth
Its worth noting that the chance to get twins is not based at the time of pregnancy, but rather the actual time of birth.
My son's wife had a single child, then a minute later I accidentally married off my daughter to another clan, reloaded to a couple minutes before and my son's wife had twins
I've been running a female MC for the past few playthroughs, and I suggest (with confidence) that being the player drastically changes the odds of twins.
Every time I play as a female character (console player here, so vanilla) I manage to have twins at least once.
This current playthrough I have 7 kids and have been pregnant 4 times. No save scumming necessary. Though, now that I know I can reload until I have twins, I may try for more lol
On my very first campaign playthrough with my first wife in game ever (Ira🥵) I was lucky enough to have twins as our first set of offspring (a girl and a boy). Praise Heaven!🦁🙏🏻⚔️
I think my female character also gave birth to twins. One day I got two notification that she gave birth. But the second one was a notification that the baby died while the process. I the end I had one baby
I've read 2% a lot but idk. Ive been trying to get 2 boys specifically which I have 3 sets of twins boys with main character. Trying with brother now and I got twins 3 times within less than 10 attempts and all 3 times it was boy and girl with same name and traits and passed them up now I've been trying for another few hours and haven't gotten anymore so I'll probly just end up accepting them.
I think it somewhat has to do with where you have the baby to I had it fixed so they'd have baby while walking in same exact spot instantly when game loaded. I changed his walking direction and got 2 different twins still boy and girl tho.
Rare enough I've played since release and TIL its possible. Two super soldiers for the price of one.

I wish you could give fiefs to your offspring so they could form their own clans. My wife miraculously gave birth to 5 sons.
Same. Best you can do is give them their own party or make them governors if you’re trying to build stats.
Sick reference
Every single play through ive gotten a pair. Didn't know they were weird. 4 times in a row
2% chance to get them.

Lucy’s got some splainin to do…
when Ira joined my party I instantly opened tab and she was already pregnant...
You're just that good.
That was some big-dick work there...
In Calradia, handholding can do get you pregnant
Johnny got that Long D going on
I'd say it's much rarer for nephews to give birth!
Came to say this, unfortunately
Got twins last night in my playthrough. It was exciting
Name them Erryk and Arryk

Dude got that demon seed
Absolutely, and he just got married again hahaha
You are the King of Toxic Masculinity. ;)

Idk has to be pretty rare though. I had this happen to me till my game crashed and hit with a corrupted save...
I got twins on my only playthrough
You can get triplets as well. Idk about quadruplets.
Redacted due to Spez. On ward to Lemmy. -- mass edited with redact.dev
It's rare? Happens every single time for me. Maybe because I'm using console version. I thought they were always twins.
I got twins my second campaign first try, I think it’s good cosnits basically just like having another brother and daughter, 2 for the price of one
My brother's campaign saw someone give birth to quintuplets, chances of that must be crazy
Omg is it rare i just had twins my self
My son got double twins

My spouse having a single daughter and waiting two years to get pregnant again.
Damn who is down voting everyone? Lol

I has twins my first time, haven’t in any play through since.
I’ve got like four pairs of em
You should name them Bob and Bob 2.
Out of context but I literally had the exact same npc give birth to twins the same day you posted this
I've twins in two separate campaigns. Mostly though it's nothing but singles.
Brothers wife had twins this playthrough. It's pretty sweet because they were available together. More caravans=more money
My second son and his wife had two sets of twins
