In my opinion the paintjob is fine, but it could be improved by adding some contrast and definition. To my eye, the best parts of the model are the chest belt and the head. The rest is fine but could use shades or highlights to add interest. The grey areas of skin/fur could use a bit of additional shading with perhaps some small bright highlights. Dunno if it's drybrushed but from the photo it looks like you got some of your highlight color on the right side's face flap, which you might want to fix. The loincloth looks a bit drab in comparison to the head cloth, so making the highlights/shades stand out a bit more might be a good idea. The skull on his waist is a bit odd. The paintjob is good, but it looks sorta flat. It also looks as though the skull's nasal bone (the triangular part) hasn't got highlights near its tip where light would probably catch. I'd suggest giving it a bit more of a bone-color rather than a sheer whitish-gray by shading it with something yellowish-brown. Straps on his weapons, his right hand and the small pouch could also benefit from extra shading/highlighting. The chest belt and straps on his left hand are excellent though. Metals are a bit harder to give criticism on thanks to the shine. The axe blades look a bit flat too, so shades/highlights there too. Not sure what direction you'd like to take his gold trinkets, but a wash to make them either warm (brown/orange shading) or cold (green shading) would probably help, plus some bright metal highlights. Lastly, if I'm seeing it correctly his eye is whitish. It looks good but the problem with that is the fact that the rest of his body is also bright and neutral color-wise, so something to help the eye stand out a little more wouldn't hurt. If you want to keep it as mostly white, I'd suggest a wash with a flat red just on the eye's recesses. Would make it look bloodshot while retaining the white part, plus it would essentially line the eye with a different color, making it stand out. I hope you won't take this too negatively, I focused on precision in my critique rather than politeness. Overall the model does look good, but it could be improved.

Thanks, thats some honest criticism to work with. Although the picture doesnt show the "real paintjob", i see whats to improve. The eyes were already red and shaded, but you cant see on picture. The nose area on skull is highlited like the other parts but cant be seen either. My thoughts on further painting were shading body area with a very thinned down burnt umber/black oil wash with a smalles amount of magenta to give more interest in skin color. After that some more small highlights. Clothes also get a wash and before a more worn/torn look. Weapons also oil and rust effects. And see what else of your ideas i can implement
