I think the majority of "mental health" problems would be solved with a genuine, loving chosen family/village and a lot more money, to establish true security and safety.
I'm enraged at all of these "disorders" being flung at people like confetti, by clinicians with far more privilege than their patients, while the inequities in society are supported.
