Just started 40k a few months ago, went mono-Nurgle just because it looked awesome. Don't really have a lot of context for these changes, but they seem good. Having even more ways to regen wounds/models for Nurgle looks strong. Managing + timing deepstrikes seems like it's gonna be key for Daemons.
I just got mono Nurgle too. The GUO was our only anti armor really, I am not sure he can get the job done looking at the bileblade profile. I guess we will wait and see.
Looks like we've been slotted close to the Harlies. Instead of movement, we've got smashy stuff (including monsters) and battleshock shenanigans.
And as for "slotted close to the harlies" means, we've got invulnerable saves, a small-ish elite army and movement shenanigans (special Deep strike vs Harly movement).
My eternal hatred of Be'lakor notwithstanding, looking good. Too bad the Keeper lost their grabby hand though.
Small addition: we are gonna be *sooooo* good at attrition. Mid-to-late game daemons are gonna roll over everything. Although a key part in that is going to be managing our deep strikes, bringing the necessary amount of attrition onto the field each turn.
I like the changes for the most part, but worry we wont end up having any real viable anti-tank outside of a couple greater daemons. But just going to have to wait and see what the rest of the army looks like when it comes out.
Keeper of secrets cannot reliably kill a rhino. Booo

Looking like the only army to best them in attrition is gsc
Being new to this game, I really wish I new what I was reading lmfao.
Looks like Be’lakor lost a bunch of abilities that made him useful ie. lost -1 to hit, -1 damage.
\-1 still there via Stealth
Do we even know what stealth USR does?
\-1 To be hit
Source please
There is no source, people are just assuming that's what it means.
Oh nice, I missed that.

I am hoping soulgrinders will get a big buff this edition because of this.
