Putting the name first sounds more natural. And then you don’t need 您 since the person’s name and position takes the place of the pronoun.

Basically, 你好 and 您好 are not words like ‘hello’ is in English. They are more like a sentence, with a pronoun followed by an adjective/verb complement. The pronoun can be replaced by any other subject.

yea, 你好//您好 get taught to all learners as a basic hello, which is wrong. Then learners get taught that no chinese actually say this in real life, which is also wrong.
in reality its a formal greeting to people you don't know the name of, or a large group you can't name everyone individually, and all the variations like 大家好 or are the same greeting reworded. I would expect it on a polite forum post, a celebrity talking to fans in a commercial, or a boss ceo greeting every employee in the whole company at a conference or something.
of course the greeting you recommended is different, just normal name + title which is definitely safest real life greeting when available in polite company haha :)
In reality both 你好 and 您好 are fairly commonly used by native speakers, speaking as one of them who has lived in China for over 20 twenty years. I don't know where did you learn that but we don't necessarily use it while talking to our superiors or celebrities. It's definitely not wrong but more formal than 'Hi' of course.

In this way your teacher will consider you a polite student) By the way the best choice is “X老师，您好/早上好！”（X is the surname, add teacher’s surname will make them feel respected

I wouldn't really want to say 老师你好 because that's pretty formal, and teachers deserve respect.
Let's say the teacher's surname was 黄，I might say 黄老师您好, but I don't really like to use 您 because, to me, it feels like almost overdoing it. I could be wrong, but 您 is very polite and feels almost too polite to say to a teacher.
So that takes me back to 老师好。Best choice in my opinion :)
Unless you get lucky and become close with a teacher. Then you can probably just say 老师你好。
Keep in mind, you almost certainly won't get punished or screamed at for possibly using the wrong greeting.
Don't worry about the small stuff. Worry about how to pronounce the third tone and how to make the vowel sound in 绿。(took me a long time to understand how to pronounce it)

as a native speaker, 你好 and then someone’s name sounds kind of off to me. it’s typically either just 你好 or name好
I usually went with surname老师好 because I thought the same Lol kind of nice to hear that my inuition matched up
