You can’t scan UPI QR and pay using amazon gift cards. Amazon wallet balance is different from amazon gift card balance.
Use gyftr to get amazon pay gift cards, it would also fetch 2x rps.
Amazon pay gift card balance can't be used to pay to UPI QR codes. They can only be used to pay bills FYI.

Yess you can, you can scan any UPI QR with amazon pay wallet if you have kyc done
