O M G
That does look like heaven!
There is something really special about stitching outdoors in a beautiful place, resting one’s eyes on the view between stitches.

same here, my sailboat is my favorite spot!
This is so gorgeous omg!
Unrelated, but I have your needle minder in cat form

No freaking way, that’s so cool! I’m so glad that you commented- my dad bought it for me as a gift, so I had no idea where it came from, but it’s my absolute favorite!
I think I told you this in one of the Facebook stitching groups a while back, but you have absolutely ruined me for any other needle minders. I haven't bought any other brand since ordering yours because the quality is unmatched. Thank you for being so amazing!
And here's the link to the pattern! I'm at 96% complete and I'm both excited and sad. I started it after I got laid off at the end of January and it has become my emotional support project. :')

I too am a fan of stitching in a big, cozy chair! Finding cross stitching has been a godsend for when my chronic illnesses decide to party hard and I'm stuck at home.
We have been on Bikini Bottom full time for four years but have owned her for five. She is a 1996 40’ Manta Catamaran. It has been a whirl wind of having our dreams slapping us in the face with reality due to having to refit the entire boat. She is pretty much brand new now so that’s even better.
We are almost complete with our final major projects which are installing new solar panels and batteries to be completely off grid. This will allow us to run the ac at anchor. The other is a new water maker.
I’ve come to learn when you buy a used boat, especially older ones, you are purchasing someone’s broken dreams but in the end we put her back together.
Heading to the Bahamas after hurricane season then south to the Caribbean. Been in the Florida keys for a while at a safe marina. I’m ready to gooooo! I stocked up on all my supplies for cross stitching. 😎
Both the stitch and place are gorgeous!! I prefer to stitch in my office in case I feel like streaming lol but I need to get a stand and a small q-snap at some point here soon
I can just imagine this combination but on the open sea.
"Project overboard!"
It's like how I don't get how people can read on the bus without throwing their book across the cabin 🤷♂️.
Given the context though this looks very relaxing indeed.
This made me cackle. I told my wife to not let me work on it unless we were anchored because it would be just my luck to lose it in such a dramatic way.
That is a gorgeous view and an even more gorgeous pattern! I don’t have a favourite place to stitch, but I did take my x stitch WIP on the boat with me while going game fishing over summer and I thoroughly enjoyed being out on the ocean, trawling for fish and relaxing on a beanbag or in the cabin with my x stitch!! It will be a regular stitching spot in future for sure!

It has been so fun to work on! It's actually the first pattern I ever kitted up myself and the shades of blue create a gorgeous gradient. I'll probably end up doing it again in a different color.
A sailboat is so awesome omg! My favorite is just my basement- I'm the only one who goes down and i have a nice big chair with a tv, and I use my dads old amp as a table lol! So cozy

Boats make me queasy. Gazebos? Hell yeah!
Damn, I also pick your favourite place. I like stitching in my back garden, there’s something so peaceful about stitching outside.

Love that!
Ayyyy, hello fellow sailor! What kind of boat do you have? We have a 28 foot O'day and a 19 foot West Wight Potter.

Is that Mount Baker? If not, it sure looks a lot like it.
Spot on! In Semiahmoo Bay.
I grew up in Langley, I know that mountain well!
Damn, what a VIEW. Not to be weird but please kiss your boat for me and tell her I love her. ETA: I am incredibly jealous of your roller furler!
It is a great view and she's a very pretty girl!
* Good morning! We have a 25 foot Precision, just love it!
I like stitching at my best friend's outdoor concerts. Chair in a bag setup, alcoholic beverage, and a small project while listening to good music.

Ahhh I also want the cat! It's the best needle minder I've had so far. I also love what you're working on, it looks spectacular.
Thank you! For real, they’re fantastic needle minders. Also, mad respect to your eyes for working on black fabric outside. I think I’d cry.
Ahhh! I'm the minder maker of those ones! Thank you both for supporting my lil store 🥰

My bed lol
I certainly do now!! 😍
Pretty stitching, those colours are great.
Thank you! It has been a lot of fun to work on. My mom fell in love with it so it will be hers when it's done.
What an amazing place to cross stitch 😍😍😍
If my boat was fixed up, I'd totally take one of my projects with me.
Boat work is literally never ending. What kind of boat do you have?
I have a 1981 Nor'sea 27
I wish you could hear the noise I just made. I bet she's a beaut.
Thank you. 😊 I love my boat. 🥰
I really love that floral pattern you’re working on! My life requires me to be home a lot so my favorite place is just a big cozy armchair.

Hey! [I did that pattern](https://imgur.com/a/qJ36Guc) in reds!
HOLY SHIT THAT IS AMAZING! you may have just convinced me to do it again but in red, that is gorgeous.
As a nomad living in a sailboat full time who is doing cross stitching again, it’s heavenly. Can’t beat it!
Oh man, you're literally living my dream right now. What kind of boat? How long have you been living aboard?

I stitch mostly on the couch while the baseball game is on the TV, as you don't need to pay constant attention to baseball.
My couch.

Not quite a sailboat but I recently did a cross stitch cruise and it was so incredibly relaxing

The colors are gorgeous! Such a pretty piece! That really does look like a fantastic place to stitch.
Omg wow ❤️ dream locale for relaxing stitch time.
I’m green with envy. Sailing and stitching are two of my favorite things.
Okay, this may have been asked already, BUT, pattern?!? Love it
