It's not my *favorite* (that would be one of the many already mentioned), but I think [[Rampaging Ferocidon]] deserves recognition for the panic certain decks obviously feel against it.
For the longest time I thot topiary stomper was like a trex since the art for arena is so compressed lol
When I finally saw it in bigger resolution it blew my mind bro had another set of legs!
The new [[Ghalta and Mavren]] looks super sweet, I'm excited to run that in Gishath.
[[Zetalpa, Primal Dawn]] is probably my favorite thing to slap down on the board. It's big, it flies, it's indestructible!
Easy: [[Rampaging Brontodon]]
It’s a 7/7 with trample that becomes a 14/14 till end of turn when it attacks, and even bigger every time you play a land. It will almost always hit harder than even Ghalta. It is the perfect beater. I have a deck based around it in Arena that kicks ass, I often buff it to 30/30 or more using [[traverse the outlands]]. Even in commander, dropping this with [[Gishath, Sun’s Avatar]] is always a bomb. I cannot overstate the sheer Timmy joy this card brings. It exemplifies “math is for blockers”, and the color green as a whole.
The new \[\[Etali, Primal Conqueror\]\] will probably end up winning once I get to use it, but \[\[Wakening Sun's Avatar\]\] is my first dino so I think I have to pick it out of respect.
It might seem simple but [[Gigantosaurus]] is actually my favourite. It practically epitomises green for me as a whole colour.
Also very big honourable mention to [[Charging Monstrosaur]] the card which got me back into Magic after a hiatus of a couple years. Also epitomises ‘Dinosaurs’ for me; hitting hard and fast with plenty of bulk.
My fav dino art is [[deathgorge scavenger]] I love how dude is kinda shaped like a dorito & the color of the feathers wit the speckled light falling thru the branches is gorgeous!
Fav to play wit [[zacama]] as I used to run it as the primary wincon in my arena boomer mono b ramp deck or [[rampaging ferocidon]] since it's such a fun answer to life gain & gives me evil lil bastard vibes
While I like a lot, my top 6 have to be \[\[Etali, Primal Storm\]\] \[\[Verdant Sun's Avatar\]\] \[\[Bellowing Aegisaur\]\] \[\[Gishath, Sun's Avatar\]\] \[\[Polyraptor\]\] and \[\[Quartzwood Crasher\]\]
Love carnage tyrant, def a classic, especially since it makes control decks so sad.
I also really love the new [[etali, primal conqueror]]. What an amazing card
I will specifically shoutout [[thrasta, tempest’s roar]] because it inspired me to make my favorite edh deck, Dinostorm, where I combine non-infinite stormy combos with Dino’s that are surprisingly synergistic with storm combo in a naya [[zacama]] shell, as she is a fantastic enabler for said combos.
I was so ready to say [[Tyrannax Rex]], but you're right. It's [[Carnage Tyrant]]. That doofus is everything I want in a dino. Big stompy trampler, can't be countered, dodges targeted removal. It's perfect.
I both love and hate this card. I love it because the art is legit. I hate it, because I have to spend 10 minutes explaining what an activated ability is, EVERY TIME it's played. Lol
I have a really sad story with runic armasaur in EDH.
Somehow I manage to play it almost every game. One card out of 100.
But in all those games (probably more than 20) I managed to trigger its ability only once ! Not once per game no....Once after 20 games.
Just once a blue player took control of it and actually got to draw more than I ever did.

Ruinic Armasaur is my favorite but I'm partial to stegosaurs
I both love and hate this card. I love it because the art is legit. I hate it, because I have to spend 10 minutes explaining what an activated ability is, EVERY TIME it's played. Lol
The rune pattern glowin on the spikes is so fuckin cool
I have a really sad story with runic armasaur in EDH. Somehow I manage to play it almost every game. One card out of 100. But in all those games (probably more than 20) I managed to trigger its ability only once ! Not once per game no....Once after 20 games. Just once a blue player took control of it and actually got to draw more than I ever did.
From a game play perspective, [[temple altisaur]] is undefeated. From an aesthetic perspective? [[Ghalta, primal hunger]] is hard to beat.
