Citadel comes with features that most GT/RT owners don't have unless they pay extra. It's a luxurious trim. Whoever placed Citadel in between GT and SXT is out of their mind.
SXT is the step above base in trim levels
Hellcat>SRT>R/T w/TNG>R/T>GT>Citadel>SXT
