Thought it was better known that there is a portion of the population over there that strongly feels that way to this day. And that's fine, they have built a beautiful history and culture over thousands of years, why not be proud of it? So my original statement was only intended as a joke. Apologies to any I've offended.
It was supposd to be a joke based off the facts. I forgot most of you are probably quite young so don't know that. Didn't know so many buttholes would be rubbed raw. It's a point of pride to some portions of society, and I respect it for the fact that it's pride in their own culture and history.
If my original statement came off any certain way it was taken greatly out of the context I'd meant, which again, was a joke based off facts.
"Well known aspect" Then don't say it here bruh, this is a sub for a mobile gacha game and yet you say stuff like "elitist nationalism" it's so out of place no wonder why people reacted to it negatively, maybe say it in a sub like r/japan in a related post then it'll be received more positively. Also, nationalism is usually interpreted not in a good way, so it's not too smart to use it in a joke even if such joke is based on facts
I've never thought of it that way. I only thought of it as a label or method of identification in some form or another. I will say, throwing it at a badly attempted joke taught me others do not. I'm 30+, not personally heavy into politics personally, it's too much division, at least here, so I just don't really engage. My mind always broke it down to "pride in the nation one comes from" and they usually tend to dislike anyone not from said country. It would seem I skipped over some reality with rose colored glasses on. Woops

Can't depend on dodges if you are trying to survive especially when he needs rack up those dfe. He needed at least a guard / DR to manage to save himself especially how newer events are getting more intense

90% dodge last only 4 turns and the million defence is only at 100%. If you have him at 55% and after his 2 appearances, he's just another dodge or die unit.

i usually dislike saying global is treated worse than jp (especially with how we got str vegetto and phy buutenks eza early), but giving a global first unit a rare summon only on jp is a spit in the face imo

To actually answer your question though, most people just memorize the important Kanji symbols that would be needed to indicate important information (dodge, crit, launches additional, raise atk/def, the categories, links, etc). Or they just use the wiki where it's already translated pretty much when the Unit is released or sometimes earlier. Hope that helped!
