But even with the latest version, Link Between Worlds still stutters a lot. I guess it's just not possible to get smooth-playing 3DS games on Deck.
People post here all the time about Citra, it's worth reading some posts. I don't see any stuttering issues myself with 3DS games, can you post a video?
