I think so. I remember I watched a blooper from S3E13 Ping Pong, of the scene where Ray's practicing ping pong in the living room late at night and Debra comes downstairs wrapped in a blanket. Patricia Heaton takes the blanket off and you can see she's obviously pregnant.
It's pretty smart how from S3E12 (The Toaster) to S3E16 (Frank's Tribute), they hid her pregnancy by always having her in bed, or sitting at a couch or table, or covered in a blanket so you never saw her stomach. Then she wasn't in S3E17 (Cruising with Marie) and she was barely in S3E18 (Ray's Home Alone) or S3E19 (Big Shots). By S3E20 (The Getaway) things are back to normal.
The episode right after Cruising with Marie is Ray's Home Alone. She has a scene with Ray at the beginning and another one at the end, and both are of her in bed with the blanket over her.

Yeah but in those episodes she at least makes an appearance in the beginning. She doesn't appear in cruising with marie at all
