Worlds best father, yet years of supervised visitations, years of false accusations, years of recording every moment with my daughter to re-prove my innocence, years of CPS getting called in, years of her (the ex) being shown to be a liar in court yet never facing any consequences. Years of the judge ignoring our parenting plan and giving into her because of crocodile tears. Eventually had a mental breakdown and lost all my money and had my daughter legally kidnapped from me at 10 years old. She parentally alienated my daughter against me and I don't have $100,000 to keep fighting. I get a chance, I will burn this country to the ground, if I don't kill myself first.
It’s not a culture. It’s a flawed family legal system. He who has more money for the bigger lie. It happens to good mothers too who are fighting a narcissistic father and throws everything at the wall to see what sticks.
My ex gf is dragging her feet during the whole court proceedings. She’s made a mockery of the court and doesn’t give a crap about the temporary order established. She’s denied me my parent time and had lied to the court multiple times.
Im trying to get 50/50 custody and I am attempting to show how much of an inadequate parent she is to my daughter. There is a Guardian Ad Litum and a custody evaluator involved. To all the dads going through a similar situation, best of luck to you! Don’t give up on your baby!
My boyfriends bm just sent him a message before their cs court on Thursday saying they could do 50/50 and wanted to know what they were both agreeing to before going to court, then in the same message said “so I figure you’ll have him every other weekend?” Like in no way shape or form is every other weekend an equal split.
I don’t know man, it seems like the male is pretty shitty in this situation. Males can sometimes get really emotional when they sense another male under attack so it makes sense.
I think the really sad thing here isn't the mom's attitude, but it's the influence from the filth attorney(s).
These people are enabling an entire system of child abuse, and they literally get rich doing it.
This person was sitting there feeding these kinds of insane things to this girl, and that's the real unethical tragedy that ruins kids' lives.
