Top 10 MBA is always preferable. If that's not a feasible route do a MSF but in a TOP TIER city. Like Chicago, NY, Boston, Washington DC.

For IB you should do a MBA over a MSF. I’m getting my MSF because I was a non-finance undergrad as well, and it qualifies me for many positions in banking but not IB specifically.

MBA if you are not a recent grad. MSF programs are typically done right after undergrad for students to get a second try at recruiting
