I believe the domestic house cat by number of prey species, aside from humans, is natures most deadly predator. Or at least that’s what that one show told me once 10 years ago.

I believe dragonflies have about a 95% success rate while hunting, however there's a species of sea turtle (loggerhead?) that has a more-or-less 100% success rate, but its only prey is jellyfish, so it's kinda cheating since you're hunting something incapable of dodging
