Yes that definitely, and that there are only so many ways to draw anime girls before their designs start to bleed into oneanother. I think Balbuddy made a comic about this topic...
I would slightly disagreed, I think they could have utilized stuff like different nose sizes, different lip sizes, facial scars, or even something as simple as different facial expressions.
overall I would agree, but I think the author could have done more to differentiate their characters.
