As far as their reproduction goes, there has been basically nothing given on the matter.
So basically almost anything is canon until disproven.
My guess is: they are incapable of feelings of love or affection. So any kind of pairing with the intent of producing offspring is going to likely be one sided and very much not in the “family friendly fun” category. Afterwords, one of them lays an egg and they both go their way.

The offspring then begins to hunt creatures in the surrounding area until it has developed enough to begin going after humans (likely within 3-4 years at the most) though some of them might seek out other demons and enter a period of servitude to amass knowledge and power so that they can usurp their trainer.
