Hey there. I got my s9 last December. Fantastic phone. Display is crisp, phone is fast, no load times, etc...I basically use my phone the same way you described. Reddit, emails, Netflix, music, etc...I have zero complaints. Battery gets me through the day with about 4 hours of screen time. With the price drops due to the s10 I'd personally go for the s9. I plan on keeping this phone for at least 2 to 3 years.
Ebay is okay, but ask about warranty. I bought tab s4 on Ebay, but made sure it still had full warranty. I got it, before opening checked warranty and it was legit.
So just ask before buying.

I'm not sure about where to purchase in Finland. I bet you could find a used one locally and save a ton of money though!
