I really enjoy it because I can just toss my phone and wallet in my bag, throw in an earbud and go. Takes about 20-30 seconds to boot into Android Auto after I start my bike. I can run Waze, Android Maps, Audio book player, Spotify or pretty much any major music app, Pocket Casts and even my police and fire scanner app. Or if I'm using my work phone for travel, it works for CarPlay. You can make calls and answer texts with voice as well with a quality in helmet comms.
Did u destroy the phone cameras cuz the phone mounts you had werenāt good enough and phone broke or does the shaking just ruins them over time? This is pretty awesome, I usually use my Apple Watch 3 but is not very good at keeping up.

Oh, he still does it that way too during the Hoka Hey runs. He has a nifty little setup on his Tri Glide most days though. Uses a whole ass big android tablet to monitor weather, traffic, navigation, tire pressure etc. It's kinda funny.

He's a government employee and has almost retired a couple times, but he keeps getting raises/promoted so he stays on so so he can retire with the top two highest earning years. He'll go absolutely nuts with his riding then. I ride IBA's with him sometimes and it's all I can do to keep up with his timelines. We did a 1500 miler under 24hours last year with Texas catheters on back roads. I've done it before on highways where it's nearly straight shots at 70mph+ which allows you to stretch your legs during fuel stops and go inside to piss. This didn't allow for it. Basically a race to refuel and go. We only stopped once to fill our water bags. We signal we needed to piss and take the rear, make sure the tube was outside our pants cuff and piss on the move. He let some water out of the water bag once in front of me while shaking his leg once, then laughed his ass off when I swerved to avoid what I thought was piss.
