For someone like me who shouldn't be let near a wrench, its crazy to me that he built that whole frame in his garage with a homemade jig, designed and made that front end leaf spring suspension, and basically fabricated everything else in house, including stuff I assumed he bought like the oil bladder. Its incredible to me.
Beautiful work. This is sculpture wonderfully joined with mechanical engineering and fully realized using extraordinary skill and craftsmanship.
I love this piece. Just out of curiosity, do you do other sculpture or art? If not, you should.
This is art, āthe expression or application of human creative skill and imagination, typically in a visual form such as painting or sculpture,ā
Thanks man! Our machine shop always makes for nice shots, looks staged but it gets a fair bit a use still when we are fixing old stuff or having to make custom brackets. Also lots of supposedly "bolt on" aftermarket stuff takes some love to make it fit like factory haha!
that's badass! I love me a shovel. better start buying them now, fellas. they're the only vintage harley that ain't a million bucks right now. well, they ain't 20k+ for a decent running riding example. in a decade they will double in price, perhaps triple.
All of our mechanics are working towards that goal tbh! I don't trust anyone else so I force them to work on my broken italian shit and my track bikes too hahah!
Weāve had to tell Tetsuya to be less detail oriented. He kept fixing stuff the customers didnāt pay to have fixed. Man canāt not fix things hahah, so he isnāt the fastest. But heās definitely the type of guy you want working on your bike!
Tetsuya daily rides a rigid sporty chopper, so I imagine he will ride this at least occasionally. He just "finished" it and he rode it into work today, hence the photos I was able to take. But Its definetely less of a beater than his daily, and I imagine he will want to keep it very nice.
I didnāt say anything bad about the bike, if only you would have read my comment correctly. Wow, we are doing mom jokes now? It must be tuff for you knowing your mom cocking on dick just to forget about the mistake she made about having you as a child
Nice! Whatās the story with the external oil lines? Canāt see the rear rocker box line straight down to case, yet it has the custom plumbing where thereās normally the short line between the rocker boxes. I zoomed in to see if it was a factory or S&S motor, and got confused! Which in itself is coolā¦ā¦..
Beautiful bike. Love that front leaf spring. Love the combination of innovation with a well built vintage bike. So cool.
Don't know much about hand shifters... how's the clutch operated on this bad boy? Is the clutch foot operated? Or is that lever the clutch and it's foot shifted?
Fuckin work of art.
Looks like a Harley had unprotected sex w a Schwinn. š¤£
Damn! š
This is one of the most beautiful bikes Ive ever seen. I would love to watch this thing run. He should start his own custom shop
i'm not into many things in this bike, but it's a beautiful build and beautiful pictures!
Thanks man!
sure is a beaut
Not my style but goddamn that's some fine work. I respect the hell outta that build. Lotta care there

Yea dude, I know a few guys that have built some mind boggling amazing machines. I'm pretty decent with a wrench and a beer, but nothing like this lol
Is that you brother??? Lol
Can't wrench sober. That's just plain unsafe
Dang. Tech got skill.
Tetsuya is a great tech and a great guy too!
Thanks for dropping his name. Found his IG. https://instagram.com/zakkieeee?igshid=MzRlODBiNWFlZA==

Sweet mother of god
That is amazing!
Absolutely stunning!!
Great build!

Mad skills. Sweet ride
I need that guy fixing my fuckups on my bikes š¤£
Holy shit, it's beautiful!
Ripper photos, what lens are you using?
Thanks! These were shot on the RF 50mm f1.2
Cheers mate. All your pics are clean but these ones impressed me even more given the background.
Thanks man! Our machine shop always makes for nice shots, looks staged but it gets a fair bit a use still when we are fixing old stuff or having to make custom brackets. Also lots of supposedly "bolt on" aftermarket stuff takes some love to make it fit like factory haha!
Is that how the front suspension was???
He made that front end himself!
That is so freaking cool
Nice lines! Some real talent there
Oddly enough, was just researching leaf spring Springer forks the other day,, truly a cool concept.. Cheers
I've never seen anything like it, glad people are enjoying taking look at it!
Amazing job my man. I really like all the little details!!

That front fender/spring holy shit. Beautiful form and function.
And they called him a 'tech'.
Fuckin siiick! "She's a beaut Clark, she's a beaut!"
Should be in an museum, itās beautiful.
Thatās absolutely gorgeous!!!!!!
That guy is MORE than a ātechā. He is a master fabricator! Fantastic job!!!
Better be careful or he's gonna give those "factory certified mechanics" a good name.
All of our mechanics are working towards that goal tbh! I don't trust anyone else so I force them to work on my broken italian shit and my track bikes too hahah!
Itās sweet. You need balls of steel and a titanium ass
Piece of work and a work of art, beautiful!
Woah thatās pretty
Very cool
People would pay good money for pics of their bikes like this
Aww thanks man!
Totally awesome bike. Attention to detail amazing. That seat thoughā¦meh!lol
Gotta appreciate the craftsmanship on this!
God damn!
Ok Iām in love.
So this is why my service takes so long..

Itās incredible bike, but itās not rideable. Where is the joy if it canāt be ridden?
Look buddy, you can ride anything if you try hard enough, Just ask your mom. That's a gorgeous bike.
I didnāt say anything bad about the bike, if only you would have read my comment correctly. Wow, we are doing mom jokes now? It must be tuff for you knowing your mom cocking on dick just to forget about the mistake she made about having you as a child
>Where is the joy if it canāt be ridden? Lol hey man. When you figure out how words work, we can move on to numbers.
He rode it to work today. He daily rides a rigid sporty. Tetsuya is crazy.
White hands made this.

No idea, Iād have to ask him!
Brakes?
Brakes only slow you down man.
There is a drum brake on the rear wheel and a foot pedal on the right to operate it.
Just downshift
Wet nice indeed.
Does he have an insta where we can see his pics/build progress?
He does, one of the other comments has a link to his insta!

Left foot is clutch
With no front brake, and a foot operated clutch, sounds like it's an adventure stopping in a hurry. Guess that's part of the charm though
