So naturally i went to a Nascar Aloe show when he was touring with Death Tour (which is arguably more punk/hardcore than rap) so i was actually moshing. like u gotta put me on cuz im in the bay area and theres tons of hxc shows and underground raves near me for $10 to $20 (some r even free) but a lot of them r filled with junkies and pedos and the performances are pretty mid most of the time

i didn’t care for turnabouts feature on buckshots “long walk home” song. it’s sounds badly recorded and mixed and i think buckshot really holds his own on the song. i’m gonna be honest with you im kinda retarded

turnabout should have left a long time ago (around the interim between cutter lane and LOE) with the way he was being treated to build up a better catalog of songs and a more consistent audience that isn’t just hm fans checking him out for the one time
buck has fallen off greatly and if he doesn’t drop new music soon he’s going to be called washed when he does, two minute features to let it be known he’s still alive aren’t cutting it anymore

On the point of Sematary being better now , it really depends subjectively . Before I say this , keep in mind I’ve never called anyone a newgen , I think that shits dumb asf, I’ve been listening to hm since like 2020 and bladee like 2019 or so n I prefer old Sematary n bladee by a pre big margin but I think it’s totally cool new fans get into them and them (from what I seen ) generally liking their newer music is also cool.
But , I feel like hm fanbase falls into 2 broad categories. 1 likes Sematary mostly bc they like a bunch of niche genres like witch house, black metal, and niche underground rap such as early bladee , kray , slug Christ , ego etc etc depends on person but u get what I mean . They tend to be older fans , some of them I saw stop fw hm at some point some still listen but prefer older Sematary, some still listen to newer shit as well but some don’t .
Second category is people who like underground rap , chief keef ( plenty of the other category also fw him though) , and whatever newer underground artist . Ngl I’m not gonna try list artists cos I don’t follow a lot of new underground rappers all that much . These people tend to be newer fans and bc they aren’t into Sematary primarily bc of his metal and witch house influences , they tend to like the newer stuff with less metal samples and more of a trap / drill sound.
Cos Of this I don’t think it’s fair to say that either new or older Sematary is better or worse it solely depends on your subjective taste . I’ll always fw older Sematary more , my favourites are rb series , I liked SF too , not so much releases after that but I still enjoy them .
Depending on the reason you like Sematary , you’re gonna prefer either older or newer but neither is really better or worse

RB1 is one of his weaker projects lyrically, but it still has plenty of great one-liners. 'Time pass, it don't heal nothing,' 'Shoot me dead and fuck my goddamn corpse,' 'Motherfuck real life, I finally feel alive today,' and 'If you see a cop, exhale and squeeze' are a few that stand out to me.
Grave House and HAW both showcase great lyricism, as do many of his singles from that time. Sematary has never been 'deep' or 'complex' with his lyrics (with some rare exceptions), but he had a lot of creative lyrics and references that made his music memorable.
Imo, the themes in his music have changed a lot, especially in how he approaches violence and horror. Weak lyrics are expected when you're just starting out, but it's been five years now and he has shown no improvement in that regard. The constant repetition of past lyrics makes it even worse. I've lost count of how many times he's mentioned the Jeeper Creeper truck.
