Try a friend’s laptop to compare… and do it without the router in between, meaning, direct connection to ntd/ont whatever urs called… don’t forget to kick the router, it is very important otherwise shutdown everything for at least 30 minutes then hook the laptop up directly to ntd without the router in between and see if you have the recurring results!

Can you try to update driver for network wifi card? If that dont help try to optimize wifi- channel! #
And did you sign up with a contract if no then move onto another provider
