First stay away from range extenders. Second for that distance you will need a point to point bridge for a reliable connection.

Will a p2p bridge be usefull in this case?

TP-Link TL-WR940N is a decent router for home use, its range won't quite cut it for 350 meters, especially considering obstacles and interference that typically affect WiFi signals. Using a single extender, even one that claims a 500-meter range, is unlikely to be effective. WiFi extenders rely on receiving a strong signal from the original source to repeat, and over such a distance, the signal from your home router would likely be too weak for the extender in your office to pick up effectively. It's akin to trying to have a conversation across a crowded room; the further you are, the harder it is to hear, even if the person shouting has a loud voice. For a more reliable solution, you might consider a more robust setup like a point-to-point wireless bridge.

Start digging into ubiquiti products but don’t get your hopes up if this is in an urban area!

Depending on you're country and speed requirements 802.11ah may work for you.
