Now *THIS* is house porn. At least until you look through the pictures and see that wacky roof.

Jicama_Intrepid

Beautiful.

Most of the homes in this sub don’t do it for me. This one however…

StupidSexyFlanders14

I ride my bike past these homes every day. They're pretty on their own, but as usual the listing photos don't show how close together they actually are. This isn't a sprawling estate tucked deep into the mountains, it's a suburban lot at the base of the most heavily trafficked canyon in the city. There's a major fight happening currently as the state wants to put in the world's longest gondola essentially next to this house, that would run all the way up to the ski resorts. Also I'm not sure if it's this neighborhood or the one next to it, but in the winter they get practically zero sunlight due to those big cliffs you can see in the photo. When I make that turn on my bike the temperature drops twenty degrees during those months. For that price there are way more interesting places to live in SLC.

Add this to r/landscapingporn while you're at it.

My uncle totally used to live in that neighborhood. The houses were insane.
