I agree! It’s in my bottom 3 for this range. Not bottom 3 for the whole series, but definitely in the first half. I’m not a fan of toilet humor, so it just doesn’t land for me
Charlie has cancer (S1E4), Paddy’s Pub: the worst bar in Philly (S4E8), Charlie’s Mom has cancer (S8E6). Holy shit, after going through all 8 seasons there were strings of seasons with all bangers- 3-8 are extremely solid.
DUDE! Ahhh, what’s funny is that I watched that episode last night while making the list. I almost switched the two, but I had already posted the finished list. I think I like Charlie’s mom has cancer more than “worst bar” or “franks brother.” It’s just the two cancer (especially the first) episodes leave a bad taste in my mouth.

Although the worst of 1-8 are certainly better than the worst of 9-15.

unpopular opinion but "who pooped the bed" is the worst episode of the series for me
