What does that even mean? There have been 107 amendments to the constitution until now. Every party In power has amended it, but congress takes the cake.
UCC is definitely somewhat of an Hindu rashtra for the opp. No conservative of any religion supports it. And such things always break, especially hindu votes

He likely means the base structure of constitution which can't be changed.
He is saying it because congress is saying that BJP will change the constitution and will the make the country a hindu rashtra
