False rape case is only 25% of the problem. The 75% of the problem is loss of reputation, izzat and job in case of innocent male due to our 4th-world tier media which declares them guilty until proven innocent. So, even if there is a strict law implemented by Milaards tomorrow for false rape cases, the damage would still be done to innocent male's whose photo and details are freely circulated online by gutter media. Its not about tackling false cases, its more about controlling these gutter w\*ores of a media to not circulate details until and unless they are proven on court.
This problem though is not just limited to India , look at Kevin spacey he got cleared of all charges against him but still people treat him like a rapist
