For eg:- this year's 27s1 and 29s1 had the majority of people which fuxked up the result of many students by lowering the percentile, even when students studied hard and got 150 170 marks which can get you 98-99 percentile on an avg shift, they got 93-96 percentile which cant get you in any good college
How about if someone manages to have a balance in everything? 8-9 ghante padhkr baki time hobbies ko de, workout kre. Social life is important but not neede right now so wo avoid kr skte hai baki health pe dhyaan do. College jaakr to socialize kroge hi. What are your opinions on this?
See dude all the things you said are ideal situation, every 11th starter thinks about the same exact plan you just said, and they at most follows this for 1 month and then things starts to elevate, the difficulty of the syllabus, the school load(if youre in school) which ruins all of that plan, and to not lose grades a typical student would sacrifice their hobbies(happened with me, i had to sacrifice my hobby of drawing), and the thing about socializing, its really important id say if we think about long term, then socializing with people, communication skills are one of the most important things in a job interview...and believe it or not if you dont socialize with people youd lose that ability and it will degrade time by time and in clg you wont be able to socialize because of this "introvertness" which got created...
All of this creates heavy mental pressure which causes your 11th class wasted

Mental health: doesn’t need to be sacrificed ( taking out 15-20mins everyday for meditation, mental help etc can easily be done)
Fitness : definitely doesn’t need to be sacrificed ( you have to take out atleast 45min to 1 hour for Excercise and good diet )
Happiness : again doesn’t necessarily need to be sacrificed (except certain cases when you are forced etc but that’s not specific or even due to jee advanced )
All of these will increase your study quality,hard work, mental ability,consistency etc and improve your exam score in the end by way more than if you invest that 1-2hrs in study rather than these things

Social Life: have school friends who live near and prep for jee as well so we go out to dinners mall movies clubs outings but yes not a lot of them, plus I fully got rid of social media for the last 3 months before exam
Happiness: Was relatively happy before mid dec and mid Jan after mid Jan joh hoga dekha jayega attitude aagaya(best mindset tbh)
Fitness: Doesn't have to be sacrificed, if you're at home specially, you can have a good diet and go to the gym teaches you discipline, was at 98 when jee prep started went down to 75(lean) , gave up gym 2 months before and went to 85 now again am back to 80 going to 75
