This is why I didn't like the unforeseeable binding vow kill, because nothing's stopping Sukuna from doing it again if someone manages to almost kill him considering he didn't add a, "Can't make a binding vow with this again."
He'd have to give up something else, probably the ability to ever use the move again period.
Binding vows make sense logically even the world cut one, just not narratively. Giving up your ability to shot an attack without some long ass song before is big.
