I smoke both but I always make it clear to the doc. "A pack a day and some marijuana" and yes I do say marijuana.
They're only in the room for so long and I want to be as clear as possible when they are. Also you'd be surprised how oblivious some medical professionals are about drugs. I used to be a really bad alcoholic and when I told someone I drank a fifth a day they looked at me like I had two heads and said "and how much is that?" I said "okay so if 50 mL is considered a drink that's like sixteen drinks" and he goes "sixteen drinks of what though?"
Like idk bro you guys were the ones that calculated that shit in the first place. I just ended up telling him it was like sixteen beers and he seemed to understand that.
Also depends on field of study I guess. I could have told a detox nurse that and they'd completely understand. But like an ER or urgent care doc, like, that's kind of like "you guys usually do this for me but it's this sandwich you make and you do the thing with the peppers" and they have no idea what I'm talking about, but I'm still walking out the door with a sandwich. Or in my case, some Valium for a couple days.
The communication breakdown is the frustrating part. But it happens.
Same. For a quite a few years now the doctors have straight up said “oh we don’t count/test for that” whenever I had to go in. Sure in some areas it does matter (I.E. someone gets some shit laced and is in the ER), just not in all areas like it used to. They got more on my case for drinking than the marijuana.
No word of a lie, I was at my doctor's appointment in Canada where pot is legal and we had exactly this conversion.
"Do you smoke"
"Smoke what?"
"Mhmmm." \*Starts writing in my chart\*
Sure enough my chart said I smoked cannabis, lol, I thought that was pretty funny.
Be specific. They're not allowed to report it to the police because it's confidential information, it's not a crime to be high (you're not in possession if you smoked it all), and it can impact various medical treatments.
Can you please provide me with an example? Because I've never heard of that in any country where there wasn't a sincere fascist dictatorship and I have an interest in regional laws.
No, I’m pretty sure in the episode where Peggy and Luanne join a cult and Hank attempts to stop them before they get sent off to their doom, the one thing on his mind was asking two of the cult members if they smoke weed. That’s exactly what happened.
There was a period where I smoked cigarettes and not cannabis while living in Colorado. It was a legitimate question; didn’t know if they were asking to bum a cig or get a blaze sesh going
The punchline was the misspelling
Maybe the real punchline is the friendships we made along the way.
Friendship is our country's sweetest wine.
Who's stoners?
Those are my stoners, bro.
“It’s a side effect of the marijuana poisoning!”
“I’m too high to drive!”
![gif](giphy|l36kU80xPf0ojG0Erg) You stole my pfp
I like to imagine we’re sharing it and doing it justice
That’s a good way to say it. They are slightly different. Dangle ole profile picture man
If I look back and forth between them it’s just like watching the show
Lmao
They’re
Oh god, I'm too high to spell!
That's a side effect of the marijuana poisoning!
I am inducing vomiting.
You only had one hit!
There, they're, their. It's not that difficult.
It is for reddit. This shit is like quantum spelling for reddit memer CHUDs
[C.H.U.D. ‘s](https://youtu.be/BJckCjZ8Tdw?si=B-JrUK8IGJsmHNCW) ?
I only know of the first 2, whats that 3rd one for? sorry english is my first language
Their shows possession. It's their propane that they're using over there.
Thank you!
No problem!
We know
Do you know what their is for JollyGreenDickhead?
Waiting for OP to do to, too, and two, next.
I think when the wee ones get out of school for summer break the general IQ of Reddit is lowered concordantly.
Clearly OP smokes, they're spelling reveals a subtle hint at their impaired status
Its a side effect of the marijuana poisoning
Whenever I take an edible and it starts to kick in, I think of this.
Clearly smoking an inferior tobacco
I'll be smoking a fat one when your video drops tomorrow!
Did you type "they're" on purpose? If so, that's really funny lol
I see what you did there!
This meme, typo and all, has been around for years and years and years.
their spelling* you weeder.
Are you the OP or his sibling or something? lol
"They are spelling reveals a subtle hint at their impaired status." Does this read correctly to you? If so I can help you understand why its wrong.
Ahhh... didn't catch that. Touche
Thanks
Them’s
“Not cigarettes”
This is always my answer when the doctor asks
I smoke both but I always make it clear to the doc. "A pack a day and some marijuana" and yes I do say marijuana. They're only in the room for so long and I want to be as clear as possible when they are. Also you'd be surprised how oblivious some medical professionals are about drugs. Most doctors are surprisingly bad at math.
An ER doc should definitely understand what alcoholic withdrawal is.
I just say weed, because of Dr patient confidentiality 😭
Lol, "confidentiality". If it's confidential, why they gotta write it down?
Same. For a quite a few years now the doctors have straight up said “oh we don’t count/test for that” whenever I had to go in. Sure in some areas it does matter (I.E. someone gets some shit laced and is in the ER), just not in all areas like it used to. They got more on my case for drinking than the marijuana.
Because they can't mean cigars, cigarettes, or various meats? I mean, it is Texas after all....
Or crack, or meth, or a somehow worse 5th option
Super Crack. It's what got Whitney.
And those fish in the lake
Cock for crack and\or meth??
The 5th option is black tar heroin
5th option is croak
Fetynal laced crack or weed
I know you're joking but genuinely because only stoners answer that way. "I don't know, are you cool?"
But it's also a college so obviously they're more likely to smoke weed. Unless you're places like japan you can't avoid that in a university
What about their stoners? Whose stoners?
No word of a lie, I was at my doctor's appointment in Canada where pot is legal and we had exactly this conversion. "Do you smoke" "Smoke what?" "Mhmmm." \*Starts writing in my chart\* Sure enough my chart said I smoked cannabis, lol, I thought that was pretty funny.
Their tho
THEY'RE NOT THEIR
Where?
Whe're?
The correct answer is “No, cigarettes are gross”. If that’s not what they meant, it’s on them to take the next step.
Usually I say no because I hope they assume I smoke cigarettes.
Be specific. They're not allowed to report it to the police because it's confidential information, it's not a crime to be high (you're not in possession if you smoked it all), and it can impact various medical treatments.

It's impossible to be a law because anyone can be drugged against their will or knowledge. Whoever told you that is full of shit.
People have been sent to prison for OD’ing on something. With no possession, just because they had something illegal in their system
Can you please provide me with an example? Because I've never heard of that in any country where there wasn't a sincere fascist dictatorship and I have an interest in regional laws.
"people"
*they’re
If they had gotten the quote format & spelling right this would have been really good
Doctor: so, do you smoke? Me, everytime: no.... well... not cigarettes.
It’s clearly an inferior tobacco!
It’s the chronic! From Mexico
Their
This isn't even the right quote from this episode.
Tbh I'd be open to a KOTH shitposting group, like /r/simpsonsshitposting
r/kothshitposting
I needed this
r/okbuddybwahhh
I mean, it’s not a quote from the show at all
Never implied it was brother.
No, I’m pretty sure in the episode where Peggy and Luanne join a cult and Hank attempts to stop them before they get sent off to their doom, the one thing on his mind was asking two of the cult members if they smoke weed. That’s exactly what happened.
No, he asked if they were the cult.
No, didn’t you see the meme? He asked if they smoke and they respond “smoke what?” and he says “Yeah, their stoners.”
my go-to answer is "not cigarettes"
Inferior tobacco
![gif](giphy|SIMJjRqHutk0o)
Damn pot smokers, they ruined pot!
![img](emote|t5_2s6dm|6345)
I am inducing vomiting
There was a period where I smoked cigarettes and not cannabis while living in Colorado. It was a legitimate question; didn’t know if they were asking to bum a cig or get a blaze sesh going
Their stoners what?
💯😄
