I wonder how a Kim Possible world would work, I'd expect Sora and crew to have spy outfits, and maybe help Kim with the Heartless?
With Dr. Drakken, I think an accident involving his own private army, like sentient blobs that take shape, are possessed by the heartless. Everything goes wild. Definitely need a save point at Bueno Nacho. Run around town and defeat heartless to get to Drakkens new lair and shut down Drakkens contraption. Fairly simple KH plot that’s similar to other outbreaks.
If you want to, check out American Dragon, it was a fun show and like Static Shock, had those early vibes of showcasing cultures. Fun New York vibes and streets to explore, with the bad guy (Huntsman) and his acolytes. The show is also packed with tons of magical elements that would fit great with the KH elements.
Would be cool to somehow blend the two, keeping the OG designs while giving them the personalities of the reboot. Like they're older now so their individuality started shining through.

Owl House but set after season 3 but before the time skip. Part of Belos survived . Riku level.
Three bosses: a Heartless born from Hunter’s darkness, Belos possessing Hunter and then Belos himself (Hunter as a Hercules like party member)
Counter offer:
Sora and cia going with Willow to rescue Hunter (not necessarily from Belos, but could be Belos heartless or something).
Then Riku sticks with Luz to help protect the school, but she gets possessed by the darkness due to self doubt.
Sora basically rolls Hunter in a friendship burrito and they team up to beat Belos' darkness. And Riku helps Luz forgive herself for her mistakes and shows her how her friends are her power.
Reunite, Belos goes full Kaiju and you control either Sora or Riku (the other is a teammate) and team up with Titan Luz to defeat Belos once and for all.
It would probably work a bit better if it was like 2 and you went back to the world, too.

I'm just curious how exactly something like it would work. Would it have lots of minigames? Would it be like a basic world and you're just kinda there fighting heartless? Nonetheless, I'm sure they'd be able to make it work somehow
I'm sure they'd figure it out though. I also feel like if they start expanding into things like TV shows, they'd have to eventually extend into Disney's other franchise like Marvel and Star Wars which I think would both make amazing worlds as well.

Its a cartoon based in medieval Europe, centering around a the titular bears, and their various escapades around the kingdom, mostly dealing with an evil duke who wants to steal the secret formula to their Gummy Berry Juice, which allows them to use super strength, and bounce around like rubber.
Suite Life of Zack and Cody. The final boss could be a Heartless Mosby, frequently saying “STOP RUNNING IN MY LOBBY” as you have to frantically run in circles to dodge the luggage carts he sends flying at you. Then, when he finally wears out, Estaban suddenly yells “Get up on the luggage cart!” and rolls one to you. You use a reaction command to leap up on the cart, another reaction command to flip, and finally to use strike raid and throw your keyblade at Mosby. Halfway through the fight, Zack and Cody join your party, pelting the manager with paintballs and buying you time to charge in and fight him hand to hand. Once Sora finally delivers the killing blow, you get several camera angles of Mosby falling to backward, that crazed smile still on his face, as he says, “Cary, I’m throwing you out of your suite.” You also get a new keyblade, the Suite Key, shaped like the hotel exterior with a green awning fixed on the end of the blade for the key part.
You know, I started writing this as a joke, but I’m actually becoming invested in the idea.
Honestly Im surpised it still hasnt happened already, especially with how heavy handed some of the Disney adverts were in KH3, but if I had to pick one show that would make the most sense for KH to appear in. It would have probably been Gravity Falls. Granted, that show is very loosely tied to Disney as an IP, but it is still associated with them and given the concept of the show, it wouldnt surprise me if the KH crew popped in.
I’m tempted to say High School Musical like that fake 358/2 Days leak as a joke world, but for a serious world, I’d say either Phineas & Ferb or Kim Possible.
With the exception of Gargoyles they're all late 80s/early 90s cartoons. Gargoyles is a mid 90s cartoon. They all were still airing through reruns when I was a kid. And I loved them all. Out of the four I think Gargoyles is the one that I most want to see.
It basically takes place between Lion King 1 and 2, featuring Simba’s son Kion, who is basically leads a group that act as guardians of the pridelands. It gets interesting around the second and third arc
I’m surprised no one is saying Phineas and Ferb. Honestly that whole sequence just writes itself. Phineas and Ferb or Perry would make great party members, and Doof would be a hilarious villain to be manipulated by the next saga’s antagonists.
