Hello everyone!
I work in a hote and last month I quit. I have 9 Guttage and 6 Holidays left I haven't used.
The HR says they can choose wheather they pay them out or give me days off (we are super understaffed)
Searching on the Internet I read that Holidays can not be payed out just like the Gesetzliche Feiertage (Public Holidays) I didn't get having daysoff instead of 3.
Can anyone tell me, how it works? I don't want to be fooled as it is already 9th of April and I don't want to loose more time.

Are you already gone or Do you still have to Work the 4 weeks? If you still Work take all the guttage and holidays. Holidays for example are paid out at a much worse rate than guttage. Because the government wants you to take them.
