As someone with many bermudian family members, I’ve seen this map style several dozen times. I think the surrounding landmasses are a stylistic choice to show how culturally close they are to the UK/Canada/the US. Being in Bermuda feels like a tropical mix of the three of those
lol yea I agree, I work in construction management and we were just taking stuff from this house we are about to renovate bc they didn’t want any of it. Found some other cool maps from the gulf war too
Hi, I’m from this place. It’s an island chain called Bermuda, a British Overseas Territory 600+ miles off the coast of the U.S.
As for what life is like there, it’s pretty culturally mixed, has some nice beaches and coral reefs, plenty of fauna both native and foreign, and temperatures 60+ almost year round.
Honestly, I highly recommend visiting. As long as you behave yourself and don’t do anything too stupid like drink a bunch of corona and ride down a kiddie slide at Dockyard, you’re pretty much welcome.
Oh, also, keep your distance from lionfish (or catch and eat them if you’re brave enough), and make sure you trap or kill any Red-Headed Chinese Centipedes you come across.
bermuda 🇧🇲
Ah thank you. I got confused because of the landmasses surrounding it. Wonder why they did that
In the small text (surrounded by naked figures), you also find the word „BIRMUDAS“

Well considering that it says Nova Scotia and New England I guess it’s to give a guess to what land is near by
They have an interesting definition of “near by”
What’s closer?
Bro this looks like a full on rolling tray, and lemme just tell you, it's the coolest rolling tray I've ever seen

If it looks like a hook then it must be Bermuda.
Hey, I was there last week! Beautiful island.
Using this as an ashtray will wreck it
Hispaniola
It should be shaped like a triangle.
