If you know you have a high cervix I’d recommend one with a pull handle type thing to assist in removal. Unfortunately of all the ones I ever tried the flex disposable was the easiest to use.
It will vary greatly person to person and will involve getting to know your anatomy, or else being prepared to do a fair bit of trial and error finding the best fit.
To save money and potential frustration, I usually recommend someone starting out to start with a box of disposable discs (flex or softdisc) to get an introduction. From there, you'll have a jumping off point and a bit more information on the sizing and firmness that you need.
To answer your question directly, I personally have been using Cora Perfect fit disc for about 1.5 years. It's been great 90% of the time. Next cycle I'm going to be trying The Fornix disc for the first time.
Are you using the disposable, or the reusable one? Sorry to post essentially the same reply to 2 different people, but I’m thirsty for this info.
The disposables have been the best fit I have found, so far. I’m really tempted to get the reusable version from Flex.

I’m on my second cycle with the Flex reusable. I’d never tried the disposables, but I chose Flex because I’d figured out my ideal size and felt comfortable upgrading to something without a removal aid, which I find annoying to keep out of the way (reminds me too much of tampons). So far, so good; I very much recommend it as long as you’re sure about sizing, as it’s one of the bigger ones. Insertion is a dream, and removal without an aid hasn’t been nearly as tricky as I thought it would be. It also stood up to my heaviest morning gush test (sorry for the TMI, but it’s relevant), which is critical for me. Hope this helps.
It really depends on your anatomy. Period nirvana has a quiz you can take.
I use the saalt discs—regular for heavy days and the small for lighter days.
I’m still trying to find mine.
I wore diva cups and they fit perfect but getting them in was traumatic so I’m trying discs
Flex - way too big
Saalt small - seems to fit I think but too firm
Cora Soft fit - it’s more bendy so more comfy but too big
Now I’m trying to find something the size of Saalt small but softer
I use the Nixit - which works great for me most of the time but is a little short on my last few cycle days.
I’d recommend the [putacupinit](https://putacupinit.com/disc-quiz/) quiz over the PeriodNirvana quiz.
My personal permanent anti rec is the Hello Period Disc, particularly if you have a high cervix.
Most discs are a one size fits most, and where the diva disc is more oval shaped compared to the perfect circle of the disposable flex it makes it easy to fit into the body. Some discs have sizes but I feel like it’s less often people need to look into getting different sizes. If it still intimates you, you can check out period nirvana on YouTube, she does a lot better job of explaining the differences and pros and cons when comparing to a cup.

I like lumma m and ecoblossom. I have a hello disk but it is too firm for me so it causes bladder discomfort.
I really like the Nixit as well as the Hey Zomi disc, both super soft and comfortable!
I'm going to second Nixit. I went right from SoftCup to Nixit. It was seamless for me. I like them so much I became an ambassador.
Fornix Disc
lumma & saalt but i’m favoring saalt more often (regular size specifically)
Cora Soft Fit and HeyHera/Formoonsa large
Flex

Hello brand
Lumma M, the high was recommended from the quiz, but medium is way better for me

Lumma for me!
I love the diva disc, loop has saved me so many times
How did you decide on the size?
It just comes in the one size so I didn’t have to choose
So its not like cups where you get the wrong size and everything goes wrong?
