Arise. Starting to shift just a bit towards their mid 90s sound (Altered State intro for example) while keeping their amazing form of thrash intact. It's perfect, and every song is a total banger

Brutal album that has a unique atmosphere and aggression. More refined that Morbid Visions, but not watered down or too clean.
Beneath the remains and Arise are still great, but they lack some of the aggression of Schizophrenia and definitely suffer a little from being watered down a little. In my opinion anyway.
Yeah its one of those albums that so many people call underrated that, at this point, it may even be a little overrated. I'd personally have given Killing Is My Business the title as most underrated.
Downvoted for spitting facts. Endgame, The System Has Failed, and The World Needs a Hero all exist but nope the least popular album of the classic era is more underrated which is like saying Testament and Exodus are underrated because they aren’t in the big four.
SFSGSW should have won - while Peace Sells and RIP are the most remembered, the one in between them is sort of... forgotten (and it's still pretty good 😄)

I love The World Needs a Hero but I've seen so many people here call it horrible, bottom tier metal album.
IDK how their second biggest selling record can be classed 'underrated'.
